This composition came from the word 'facility'. You see, when I thought of the word facility, I thought of parlament, the government house. So I inked and felt penned a english government house on my page. I then thought of powerful men and women whom work inside and drew a man being viewed from below him. In movies, if theres a shot of a person where your looking up at them, it portrays a feeling of dominance and power. Therefore you are looking up at him. This was drawn pretty quickly. Very sketchy.
