A free spirit at the beach!

Mmmmmm I had the best day yesterday... It was awesome! lol... I got burnt but... ohwell! Before my totally homework free day occurred, I went out on the Turs night. I ended of picking up Rima and Muna and her friend Geoffe. We then drove to carousel where we met Fi. She got a new jog, in a managing position, so she was real rapt about it. hehe kept on steering the conversation back to her getting the job. Good on ya Fi! You deserved it! Neways, we walked around carousel for a bit and I got a salad for my dinner, and we sat down and talked. 5 mins before our movie was gonna start, we got up and made our way back to hoyts. We said goodbye to Fi, who had work in the morning and didn't want to be up real late. So, us gals proceeded to go and watch 'In her Shoes'. Now, I am NOT promoting that movie... its like, so bad at the start of the movie! The whole sex thing... Its just really confonting aye. Towards the end of the movie it gets better, but its not worth it. I didn't like Cameran Diaz annyway hey... Arrrg she is SO annoying. I really don't like her!
     Anyways, afterwards we went back to Rima's where we had some Arabic food... Mmmmmm Their foods the best! Then we chatted for ages and then crawled into our beds, falling into sleepiness. Rima and I woke up at about 9.00 on the Friday and chatted for a bit. Then we got up, had breaky, made our lunch for the day and went out the door. This all took like 3 hours... Can't believe it too that long! Anyways... haha... Because the map looked really hard to read, Rima and I went to Michael's house so he could give us directions... lol! He ended up printing it off his computer. Anyways, after that, we were off to Coojee beach! To see the clear blue skies and green crystal water! Mmmmm it was so lovely. The air was fresh and sweet, and the wind blew my hair in wisps around my face. So nice! I had missed it all year! To finally go to the beach and.... bake in the sun. hehe, thats really what I did. I baked I tell you! I"m sun burnt... But I think that happened at the end of the day. It doesn't matter how much sunscreen I put on, I always end up burnt! Go figure.
     Neways, we made sandcastles (heehee...Oh thats mature! lol... Its kinda like a tradition for me... I love sandcastles. I think its the Warwick in me... I used to always make sandcastles with Nanna and Pop...) And we ate a healthy lunch, followed by lollies (Why must we spoil it with sugar!!!! Whyyyyyyyyyeeeee!!!?) and we swam -
"I can't make it! Its too far!"
"Yes you can Muna! Its not that far!"
"Yes it is!"
"Look, we're nearly there!"
hahaha... That was me and Muna. We went for a swim to the jetty. haha, I"m a pretty strong swimmer cos I used to do heaps of swimming lessons as a kid and used to go in heaps of swimming competitions. Can you believe that I used to aspire to be a famous swimmer in the Olympics? Thats how serious I was about it. Anyways, I'd be swimming alongside Muna... And a minute later I look around after doing a few strokes, and Muna would be like WAY behind me... Awe, so cute! We made it but... It was really good exercise. We lay down on the jetty for awhile, letting the strong wind dry us off. Afterwards we walked back to Rima. We did more sun baking on the grassy area, then got changed, and went off to Perth and dined in Jaws. We met up with Diana and Michael, and it was basically me and Diana dragging them guys around Perth... Seeing as we were the only ones with money.
     I ended up picking up a few things there. 2 cheap cds, Norah Jones and the recent Foo Fighters cd and a good book! Di got a few things too... I hadn't been to Perth in AGES, so it was good to go there too. We went back to my place afterwards, where Ryan and Trav were. We started playing monopoly. I'm ashamed to say that I got a bit annoyed during it, hehe. I don't know why. All of a sudden I was just really agitated and annoyed! Sorry if I bit yours head off guys... Anyways, I think I was just really tired. I got better but, and I made sure that I watched the game like a hawk... Around 11:45 I took the girls home, came back, talked to the guys more and went to my room to listen to music... I ended getting to sleep at around 3.00. Groan... cos I was reading, listening to music, etc. And then I went to sleep... So yeah! Thats it! My great day! lol, prolly boring to you guys... But I had a really good time. Tonight the youth are going to a Youth Alive concert, so that should be mega fun!!! Seeya round!
